Do you have a Return & Refund Policy?

Yes - Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by after you have received the items, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

What reasons/products will and won't be accepted by for return?

We only offer refund or exchange to items that are defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that some items cannot be returned due to their product nature. These items include: 
  • Items that are not purchased on
  • All embossed or Made-to-Order products cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Items purchased with any discount.

  • The below reasons are treated as normal conditions but not a quality issue, and thus are ineligible for refund or return

  • Any minor color difference varies from the product photos may be due to the lighting for photo shooting, the resolution of display monitor or personal perception.
  • Any minor imperfections on the embossing due to its handmade nature
  • Sizes and measurements shown on our web site is a general information. Any minor size difference varies from the product specification that may be caused by different measuring methods.
  • What is the return process?

    You have 7 days to request a return after receiving your item.

    Please note that items which are customized, embossed or on sale are not eligible for return.

    What would happen if I send the item(s) back without requesting an exchange?

    All unapproved/ineligible exchange will not be served, and will be returned to customers without any acknowledgement. The customer will be responsible for any related costs and risks.


    What if the products I received is incorrect or damaged?

    For any missing / wrong / defective items of your order, you may report the problem by listing required information (i.e. product details, description of product issue, photos, etc.) within 7 days after receipt to

    The refund / exchange process could be completed within 2-3 days. We will notify you of the case result through email.

    If product return / replacement is required, please retain all packing materials and ensure the product(s) is not used.

    How do you process the refund?

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund is approved or not. Macarooon reserves the right to deduct any administration fee or delivery costs from the total refund amount.
