Do you have a Return & Refund Policy?
Yes - Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by after you have received the items, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
What reasons/products will and won't be accepted by macarooon.com for return?
We only offer refund or exchange to items that are defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that some items cannot be returned due to their product nature. These items include:

What is the return process?
You have 7 days to request a return after receiving your item.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at email@example.com.
Please note that items which are customized, embossed or on sale are not eligible for return.
What would happen if I send the item(s) back without requesting an exchange?
All unapproved/ineligible exchange will not be served, and will be returned to customers without any acknowledgement. The customer will be responsible for any related costs and risks.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
What if the products I received is incorrect or damaged?
For any missing / wrong / defective items of your order, you may report the problem by listing required information (i.e. product details, description of product issue, photos, etc.) within 7 days after receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The refund / exchange process could be completed within 2-3 days. We will notify you of the case result through email.
If product return / replacement is required, please retain all packing materials and ensure the product(s) is not used.
*Please note that only one return application can be submitted for each order.
How do you process the refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund is approved or not. Macarooon reserves the right to deduct any administration fee or delivery costs from the total refund amount.
We issue Macarooon Credit as our default refund method. Macarooon Credit may be applied to future purchases at macarooon.com.
