Where and how do you ship?
We ship to most countries in the world through tracked posting service.
When will I get my order?
Orders take 1-2 business days to process before they are shipped, and monogrammed items takes an extra 1-3 business days to process. Please note that if an order also contains non-monogrammed items, the entire order will be shipped out once the monogrammed item is ready.
We ship Monday to Friday between the hours of 10AM to 6PM UTC+8, with the exception of local Hong Kong public holidays.
Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location, typically between 4 to 28 days. International orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond provided delivery estimates. Please note that delivery days are estimates only and are not guaranteed. For more information, please see the table below:

You may experience delays in the shipping process as a result of holiday season & COVID-19. We will always try to deliver your goods within our estimated delivery times below but actual delivery times are sometimes outside of our control. If you would like to receive the products through express shipping at an additional cost, please contact us for details at email@example.com .
Please note that the stated delivery time does not include the necessary customs clearance time when your order arrives in the country of destination. Local customs have their own rules and procedures and unfortunately we have no power over them.

Order shipped to wrong addresses?
It is customer's responsibility to enter a correct shipping address at macarooon.com. If you wish to modify the shipping address after you have placed your order, please notify us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once the order is shipped, we are not responsible for any uncollected parcels due to incomplete/wrong addresses or unsuccessful delivery attempts. You will be responsible for any processes and extra costs to salvage your shipment.
Please note that we cannot refund for any rejected delivery.
TAXES & DUTIES
Are duties and taxes included?
No - taxes and duties are not included in the price of goods purchased at macarooon.com.
Customers are responsible for any inbound duties, taxes and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. It is your responsibility to pay these fees. Please contact to check with your local post office or customs office for the most accurate information.
Macarooon.com cannot refund if the shipment is unable to be delivered due to refusal in paying required taxes.
