Which model of the iPhone Case should I order?

Our iPhone Cases will match the iPhone model provided as in "Settings" on your iPhone. Please check accordingly before placing your order if you are not sure about which model of your iPhone is. Go to Settings > General > About, and you will see the model name.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process and complete orders as quickly as possible, including monogrammed items. If you have any modification requests or need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify, but we will try our best to accommodate all requests.

Why there are spots / markings on my leather product?

Macarooon only uses premium chèvre leather, and it is normal for genuine leather to have unique grains and natural markings like scars, warts, insect bites, natural creases etc. – and this is what makes every leather product unique. We do not sand the leather to remove these markings like what is usually done on lower grade leather. 

Why the buttons are stiff?

New leather may be stiffer to press, but please be assured that after a few days of use the buttons will be soften.

Why the color of the products I receive look different as on the screen?

We try our best to minimize color deviation, but please be noted that different electronic devices and screens may display the same color with slight differences. 

Do you offer any other cases besides iPhone?

At the moment we dedicate our production on Apple products, but if you’re interested to know more about our future plans, please subscribe to our newsletter or leave us a comment here if you have any suggestions.


What products can be personalized/monogrammed?

Many of our products can be personalized. On the product page, you will see PERSONALIZE if the service is available.

What can be embossed?

Only standard capitalized English alphabet and symbols listed below are available:

How many characters can be embossed?

A maximum of 5 to 10 characters can be embossed depending on the product and font style you choose. More information can be found on the product page. 


Do Gift Cards expire?

Yes, your virtual Gift Card has an expiration date. It is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.

How will the Gift Card be delivered?

Gift Cards will be sent to the purchaser's email address once the full order has been processed and payment has been accepted by Macarooon.

How do I redeem my Gift Card?

Virtual Gift Cards are redeemable online at macarooon.com only. You can enter the Gift Card code at the checkout.

If your order total exceeds the face value of the Gift Card, the remaining balances exceeding the value of your Gift Card must be paid during checkout. The Gift Card can be used multiple times if there is a valid remaining balance.

How can I check the remaining balance of the gift card?

The latest balance will be reflected at the Gift Card link emailed to you earlier.

Can I return my Macarooon Gift Card?

No, Gift Cards are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchanges.

Can Gift Cards be redeemed for cash?

No, Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. They also cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

What happens if I lose my Gift Card?

Unfortunately we cannot reissue a Gift Card. Please treat your Gift Cards like cash. Macarooon is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

How long does it take to receive a gift card when purchased?

In most situations, you will be able to view your Gift Card and/or its order receipt immediately. However, in some instances it can take up to 4 hours to process your payment thereby delaying your access to the Gift Card.


How to report product problem?

For any missing / wrong / defective items of your order, you may report the problem by listing required information (i.e. product details, description of product issue, photos, etc.) within 7 days after receipt to info@macarooon.com.

The refund / exchange process could be completed within 2-3 days. We will notify you of the case result through email.

If product return / replacement is required, please retain all packing materials and ensure the product(s) is not used.

*Please note that only one return application can be submitted for each order.

How do I care for Macarooon leather products?

  • Do not expose to wet, damp or humid condition

  • Do not apply detergents or alcohol

  • Do not leave the leather product under prolonged sunlight

  • Avoid contact with sharp objects as they would scratch the leather.

  • Avoid friction with hard objects

  • For leather iPhone cases, particularly cases of lighter colors, avoid friction with dark garments or surfaces to prevent color transfer
